Emily Richardson
"I began to realize how important it was to be an enthusiast in life. If you are interested in something, no matter what it is, go at it full speed. Embrace it with both arms, hug it, love it and above all become passionate about it. Lukewarm is no good." — Roald Dahl
About
Raised in a small town in Tennessee, Emily set her sights on bright lights and big opportunities at a very young age. A graduate of College of Charleston, her appreciation of architecture was validated and proved to be a stepping-stone for future endeavors. After several years working in the fashion industry in NYC, Emily followed her passion and achieved her graduate degree in interior design at Parsons, the New School for Design while working for notable design firms such as Thomas O’Brien. Emily’s love of fashion, tending to her small garden, cooking and regional aesthetics all influence her design outlook, that as well as the thrill of a good auction.
