Holly Payne
A home should do more than shelter—it should stir the soul. It's a privilege to create spaces that evoke emotion, where life’s most beautiful moments unfold.
About
Holly grew up in the town of Pike Road, Alabama and attended Auburn University. During this time, she participated in the International Studies program in Rome where she studied architecture and traveled throughout Europe. Upon returning, her interest in hand-drawing and residential architecture led her to McAlpine Tankersley, where she interned for several summers. After completing her Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2014, Holly joined the firm full-time in Montgomery and later moved to New York City to help open our Manhattan office. Holly and her husband, David Frazier, live in Greenwich Village where they enjoy playing tennis, hunting antiques, and planning travels for design inspiration. Holly is Studio Head of architecture projects generated in our New York office.
